Alcorta Audaz Crianza 2017 (TARA)

CATA's notes:

Attractive bright cherry color. On the nose, the varietal aromas of red fruit such as raspberry, cherries and spices stand out. In the mouth it has a silky and friendly entry with a sweetly tannic burst and a long finish.

Preparation and Aging:

Made with 100% Tempranillo grapes. After a year of aging in French and American oak barrels, refining its character in the bottle for 6 months before leaving the winery. Longer macerations are carried out to obtain a wine with great structure and a greater balance between fruit and wood. All this allows us to obtain a fruity aging with notes of spices.
