TASTING NOTES
Elegant aromas of red fruit accompanied by spicy and herbaceous notes. A very pleasant mid-palate, with a good structure and a balanced acidity. Long and persistent finish.
ELABORATION
Varieties: 94% Monastrell; 6% White, Sour Moravia, Red.
Vendimia manual.
Aged for 14 months in foudres of 5000 and 8000 litres.
