CATA's notes
- Red cherry with violet touches.
- Exuberance and breadth in its aromatic records. Full of red fruit, floral.
- Dense and opulent, very dynamic in the mouth, with crispy tannins and emulsified texture.
Elaboration And Aging: Elaborated conuvas Tempranillo of vineyards with an average age of 20 to 25 years in Tudela de Duero (Valladolid), zone with continental climate, with extreme temperature changes between day and night. Vineyard cultivation does not use herbicides and the vineyard environment is fully respected.
The grape is harvested manually, and moved to the winery in small boxes of 15Kg, where a meticulous selection is made.
The fermentation is carried out with autochthonous yeasts of the own vine, and later a maceration is carried out that is extended during two or three weeks. The aging is 26 months in French and American oak barrels of extra fine grain.
