Elaboration and Aging:
- Color: Clean, bright, with straw yellow trimmings.
- Nose: Intense and perfumed. Deep mineral aromas over notes of white flowers and nuts.
- Mouth: Exuberant, unctuous, with more opulence and volume than in previous vintages. It maintains tension, aromatic richness and depth.
Delicate crushing of the grapes and subsequent maceration with skins at 8ºC for 12 hours in order to increase the aromatic flow. After a slight static desfangado the alcoholic fermentation begins in oak barrels of 500 liters. Plantation with autochthonous clones by means of masal selection in two estates located in Villafranca del Bierzo. Both plots are located at an altitude of 700 metres. The conduction of the vines is carried out on a double cordon trellis.
