TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Intense yellow colour.
- Nose: Aromas of white fruit with herbaceous and floral notes.
- Palate: Fresh and Atlantic, accompanied by a very mineral finish.
ELABORATION
Varieties: Hondarrabi Zuri and Lore Makala (Riesling).
Aged for 10 months on its lees in a 2000 litre French oak vat.
CURIOSITIES
The climate is influenced by the Cantabrian Sea, with mild winters and cool summers. It has a high rainfall rate, concentrated especially in spring, when specific care is carried out in the vineyard. Towards the end of summer and beginning of autumn, the nights become cool and the days mild, facilitating the correct ripening of the grapes.
