Elaboration and aging: Grapes
100% Alicante Bouschet They were harvested by machine during the night in the vineyard of Figueira da Cima, which surrounds the winery. After the total deflasking, the grapes fermented in large French oak barrels Seguin Moreau with temperature controlled until the cut with vinica brandy, then aging in barrels for 3 years. After bottling the wine ages in bottle 7 years before being marketed
