CATA's notes:
- Color: cherry cherry with dense thief.
- Nose : aromas of red fruits, cherries and roasted from its oak aging.
- Mouth: It is succulent and sweet, with body and volume and with round tannins.
Elaboration and aging:
Made with Tempranillo (55%) and Garnacha (45%) varieties. The Tempranillo grapes come from vineyards located in the municipalities of Mucientes, Pedrosa del Rey and Valbuena de Duero. Garnacha grapes come from the same vineyard as Tempranillo de Pedrosa del Rey. Spontaneous alcohol fermentation with controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. One part of the wine performs malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and another in barrel. After its fermentation, it passes through
aging for 11 months in French oak barrels used 225 and 500l.
Minimal bottle aging for 9 months.
