TASTING NOTES

• Appearance: Clean and bright amber colour.
• Nose: Almond and hazelnut aromas, with hints of Manzanilla and toasted.
• Palate: Good balance and structure with a long reminiscence.

ELABORATION

Very old sherry made from Palomino grapes.
The perfect combination between a biological ageing process such as Manzanilla, and an oxidative ageing process without "flower" in the wineries of Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
Total ageing: 12 years.

CURIOSITIES
