The project covers the product flow requirements arising from the Department of Bodega and serves the oenological parameters needed to develop our brands covered.

Basically the building has 4 rooms in 6 separate buildings, with 4 levels or different heights, pursuing a gravitational flow of the product, ie, for minimal use of the bomb making maximum use of gravity.

The advantage of the vineyards of Emilio Moro is that some of them belonged to his father and possess the pure clone of the native grape, Tempranillo, which we call fine or Tinto Tinto Aragonés.With this clone have been grafted the rest of the vineyards that have been acquired over time.

Another advantage is the location and the variety of soil types. Fishing is known to be a people of winemaking tradition where, due to the combination of clay soils, limestone and gravel, get top-quality wines.

Today the winery owns 70 hectares of vineyard 100% Tinto Fino Variety (Tempranillo) and its goal is to have 100, to graft his own clone.

The heterogeneity of soils and levels of sun exposure, each payment give different characteristics, both in maturity and in the organoleptic characteristics which give the wines.

All the plantations are oriented so take advantage of the maximum brightness.
