TASTING NOTES

Appearance: cherry red.
Nose: fruity and deep aromas.
Palate: fruity notes and soft tannins stand out. Long finish in which the notes of the aging are appreciated.

ELABORATION

Elaborated 100% with Tempranillo.
Grapes from vineyards with yield of 5000kg / ha of sandy soils and light gravel.
Manual harvest.
Maceration of 15 days.
Aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels.

Pagos de Anguix is the project of J & C Prime Brands in Ribera del Duero, and represent a valuable viticultural heritage with ecological awareness and with the vocation of making excellent wines that last over time.

The location of the vineyards, at 850 meters of altitude and located in a maximum radius of 4 kms around the winery, as well as the meticulous work in the vineyard and a delicate elaboration to preserve the character of the terroir, are the bases of a philosophy that has the environment and ecology as its center.

Both the field team and the winery team remain on this new path to ensure the best of continuity, while the experience of Juvé & Camps provides the vision of the future that allows to create a valuable and lasting wine heritage.
