Txakoli Ametzoi 9.6 is a semi-dry white wine, characterised by its intensity and freshness, with a low alcohol content. It is a wine designed from hondarribi zuri grapes from the youngest vineyards located in front of the Cantabrian Sea. Its alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in inox. from the youngest vineyards to achieve a lower maturity and alcoholic content, also without malolactic and carbonic so as not to lose the authentic character.
TASTING NOTES:
Sight: Crystalline white colour with emerald green glints.
Nose: Intense aroma of tropical fruits such as pineapple, passion fruit, banana, lemon, melon.
Palate: Exotic taste, refreshing, delicious, with citrus notes. With frizzante style bubbles that exalt the freshness of the wine.
DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Getariako Txacolina.
WINE MAKING: Made with the Hondarrabi Zuri variety.
AGEING: It is aged young.
