TASTING NOTES

• Appearance: Yellow colour with golden reflections.
• Nose: Fresh and expressive with sweet aromas of roses. Later, aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple appear, all accompanied by a fresh mineral sensation.
• Palate: Extraordinary balance between volume, fruit and freshness. Long and expressive finish.

ELABORATION

Varieties: Rabigato, Viosinho, Arinto, Códega.Manual harvest and separation of the grapes in the winery by type and plot. Cold maceration for 24 hours. The vast majority of the wine (90%) ferments and ages in stainless steel vats, the rest in French and Australian oak barrels.

CURIOSITIES

Founded by Adriano Ramos Pinto in 1880, Casa Ramos Pinto quickly became noticed, at the time, for its innovative and entrepreneurial strategy. Associated with quality bottled wines, it began operating in the Brazilian market in the 20th century and quickly became responsible for half of the wine exported to South America, while still conquering generations of loyal customers in Portugal and Europe. These were the natural results of a forward-looking strategy, based on the modernization of the selection, dosage and aging circuits, continuous wine research and the special care that Adriano Ramos Pinto dedicated to the packaging and promotion of his wines.
