• Color: Dark pillory.
• Nose: Aromas of ripe fruit, roasted and spicy notes (pepper and nutmeg) from long aging in wood, with mineral memories of the slate soils in which the vineyard is born.
• Mouth: Powerful, fruity and elegant, fleshy and complex.

Grape Variety: Grenache.

Elaboration:

• Vinification takes place in highly selected Garnacha vineyards with very low yields.

• Maceration/fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks.

• Malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging in new French oak barrels for 18 months.
