CURIOSITIES
Mont-le-Vieux Oeil de Pedrix Rosé is a wine produced in Switzerland. Its history dates back to the Middle Ages in the French region of Champagne and from there it spread to the canton of Neuchâtel in Switzerland, where it would become the most popular dry rosé made with Pinot Noir.
The name "Oeil de perdrix" means "partridge's eye" in French, a reference to the pale pink color of the eye of a dying partridge.
