TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Cherry red colour.
- Nose: Notes of cedar, vanilla and toasted bread with notes of pecan and cashews.
- Palate: Tasty and attractive. Strawberry and ripe plum flavors with toasted notes and a smooth, elegant finish.

After the first part of aging in traditional wine barrels, the wine is finished in old whiskey barrels to add more complexity to the final result.

Jacob's Creek Winery is located in Australia's most famous wine region, the Barossa Valley, in South Africa, 80 km north of Adelaide. In 1847 it was founded by a Bavarian émigré, Johann Gramp. It is well known as a tourist spot. It achieved fame in 2010 because it won the Best Major Tourist Attraction award for three years in a row and in 2011 it also won the Australian Tourism Awards, Best Tourism Restaurant and Best Tourism Winery. Their wines are made with shiraz, sauvignon, merlot and chardonnay, they have become very famous.
