Production and Aging:

White wine without aging made from varieties white grenache , Maccabee , muscat and Sauvignon Blanc . The vineyards of the D.O are mostly of old implantation with vines over 30 years old , something very positive since the old vines produce high quality wine . At the same time, in recent years they have undergone significant renovation and improvement to adapt them to modern cultivation techniques and make certain varietal changes.

Curiosities:

The essence and authentic character of the Empordà have been the source of inspiration for creating its wines. 15 hectares of vineyards where foreign and autochthonous varieties coexist in the same environment. A special territory that gives the wines some special nuances.
