By OTT is a new rosé made under the expertise of the Domaine Ott technical team, an institution in the world of Provence rosés. For this wine, 70 hectares of vineyards have been purchased, although grapes from Clos Mireille and Château de Selle in Taradeau have also been incorporated, in the latter vinification is carried out and has recently been modernized. The selection of vineyards ensures a delicate rosé with a lot of freshness and fruit. A very affordable novelty under a prestigious brand.

• in nose : Delicate and fruity, peach and white apricot with hints of exotic fruit (mango).

Production and Aging:

To the vineyards of Château de Selle and Clos Mireille have been added 70 more hectares in the best vineyards of Provence. Together they make up the base of this new wine. Gentle pressing of the whole bunches. Super short maceration and slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.

In this region, the cultivation of the vine is a legacy of antiquity. Land was cheaper, but the vineyards had to be replanted.
