Un aceite muy especial
Sin duda, la mezcla de arbequina con picual le otorga una personalidad muy marcada. Domina (para mi gusto) el picual, que le otorga ese ligero amargor que a mi me gusta mucho, sobretodo para el aliño en crudo.
