TASTING NOTE:
View : Straw yellow with metallic glints, clean and bright.
Nose : Intense aroma, marked by memories of honey, candied fruit, floral and citrus notes. This intense varietal character is reinforced with the toasted and spicy notes provided by the barrel.
Mouth :Excellent density on the palate. Magnificent acidity-sugar balance, more inclined towards freshness and nerve than towards the sweet side.
PREPARATION AND AGEING:
The wine is aged for 12 months in a cold area of the cellar to achieve a natural stabilization of the wine and avoid tartaric precipitation in the bottle. After aging in barrels, clarification with bentonite allows a very clean and bright wine to be obtained.
CURIOSITIES:
Tasted very cold, at around 6 ºC, it perfectly accompanies foie gras and blue cheeses, at the same time that it is ideal for desserts and to enhance fruit salads. A wine with a long journey that will improve in the bottle over the next few years.
