TASTING NOTES
- Color: Clean and bright yellow color.
- Nose: Soft and balanced aromas of stone fruits and flowers with subtle mineral notes.

ELABORATION
The grapes are harvested manually, selected and destemmed. The vinification of each of the types of grapes are made separately to respect the needs of each one and then a coupage of both wines is made.
