TASTING:

Deep violet color with bright cherry flashes. The nose shows complex and intense fruit aromas with hints of forest blackberries and lush ripe cherries that are delicately offset by subtle minerality and notes of peppermint. On the palate it is a broad wine with an intense personality that is silky, but with great structure, and that stands out for its meatiness and its persistent and balanced finish.


With this wine the winery wants to express the personality and mineralization of Pago Dominio de Valdepusa. The clay of the soils in this pay brings power, complexity and intensity to their wines, while the subsoil of pure limestone It confers elegance and velvety texture to its tannins. It is a blend of Syrah and Petit Verdot that has been created to provide the consumer with a tantalizingly fruity, elegant and accessible wine, which manifests a body and personality unique to this wine.

Preparation and Aging

Manual harvest, followed by destemming and unloading by gravity into the fermentation tanks. Prolonged maceration of up to 4 weeks and aging in new and semi-new Allier French oak barrels for 10 months in a climate-controlled aging warehouse.
