Appearance : Bright intense cherry red color.
To Rome : it is intense and opulent, highlighting the ripe red and black fruits with special notes of leather and licorice typical of its aging in French oak barrels and the old age of the strain from which it comes.
Palate : the palate is soft and sweet, but persistent and long that fills the palate with balanced flavors. It highlights a mature and silky tannin, of just acidity that caresses the palate providing a long and elegant aftertaste that invites you to drink again.
Elaboration : with grapes of the Tempranillo variety 100% The wine has remained 20 days macerating with the skins. After malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 8 months in new French oak barrels until bottled. The wine continues its aging in the bottle for 10 months before going on the market.
Breeding : 8 months in French oak barrels, 10 months in the bottle before being marketed
Service : to discover its depth and intensity, uncork and decant one hour before consumption at a temperature between 16º and 18ºC

Vineyard : Finca "La Reguilona" located at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level. Pre-phylloxene vineyards, vineyards dating from 1900.

Vinification : fermentation in baths with indigenous yeasts, malolactica in barrel.
Aging : in new French oak barrels.
