TASTING NOTES
- Nose: Aromas of ripe red and black fruits.
- Palate: Great structure and elegance. Tasty, fresh and persistent.
ELABORATION
Varieties: Albillo and Tinto Fino.
57 days of maceration.
pumping over with O2 during alcoholic fermentation every 10 minutes until 1040, and from 5 minutes to the end.
Aged in 3 semi-new burgundy French oak barrels.
CURIOSITIES
Fields with pre-phylloxera vines were discovered by Bertrand Sourdais when he arrived in 1999 in the Lands of Soria.
The climate creates a special microcosm and blends with the characteristics of a clayey, porous soil, with calcareous mixtures and sands of the Douro, the essence of which Bertrand Sourdais knows deeply, thanks to the experience accumulated during his numerous harvests.
