Slightly golden yellow in colour, clean, with very good, dense tears that slide slowly down the glass.
On the nose it shows its elegant French oak, very well integrated, and also the varietal, stone fruits, white flowers, perceptible citrus and chalk.
In the mouth it is very elegant, creamy and unctuous, full-bodied.
Grapes from vineyards entirely controlled by the winery in the municipality of Esparreguera, in the vicinity of the Montserrat mountain. Vineyards planted at an altitude of 165 metres above sea level.
4500 kilograms per hectare.
Manual harvest which took place on 10 September 2018.
Selection, destemming and pressing of the grapes. Destemmed in stainless steel tanks and fermented in French oak barrels with indigenous yeasts. Fermentation lasted 18 days at a controlled temperature of 15ºC.
Ageing for 6 months in new 500-litre French Allier oak barrels from different coopers and 2,500-litre foudres.
