Colour: cherry red with violet rim. Clean and brilliant.
In nose: powerful where red and black fruits appear. Balsamic, light sensations of spices, aromas of tobacco, liquorice and aromatic herbs. Soft sensations of wild flowers.
In mouth: it is sweet, ripe, enveloping and fruity, without edges.
Elaboration and Ageing:
It is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. Nowadays, Mallorcan wines have unique characteristics, high quality and a recognised personality, which has allowed them to obtain important assessments from experts. The producers of the island continue, through their efforts, pursuing their desire to incorporate the name of Mallorca among the most select areas producing great wines.
