Extrem de Bonaval Rosé is a cava made from deep, fresh and intense Grenache. Direct and elegant with hints of strawberry. Refreshing and intense like its delicate bubbles and as young and cheerful as its passionate salmon colour. Fresh and evocative of the purity of the Extremadura region.
Appearance: Salmon pink colour. Fine, tenacious bubbles.
Nose: Intense and varietal with strawberry aromas.
Palate: Young, balanced and cheerful with hints of good ageing on the palate.
DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Cava.
WINEMAKING: Made with 100% Garnacha.
AGEING: Aged for 12 months in barrels.
CURIOSITIES: Made using the traditional Champenoise method, which consists of a second fermentation in the bottle for 15 months, as established by the Cava Regulatory Council.
