Tasting Note:
- Colour: It has a cherry red colour with purple flashes.
- Nose: subtle aromas of vanilla and quince. Its aroma clearly shows ripe fruit, fine wood and spices.
- Palate: fresh, smooth and with clear Rioja flavours.
Elaboration and aging:Most of our vineyard is made up of old vines, more than 25 years old, in which the majority of the Tempranillo variety is grown.
It is produced for 10 to 20 days at a temperature of between 28 and 30ºC and is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels in equal parts, with different toasts to enhance the aromas of the varieties. To conclude, it is aged for 7 to 12 months in b
