TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Straw yellow colour with golden edges.
- Nose: Citrus and fruity aromas.
- Palate: Crisp and with a vivid acidity. Creamy and fruity profile with a lingering finish.
ELABORATION
100% Furmint variety.
Harvested by hand and lightly pressed.
20% of the fermentation takes place in new Hungarian oak barrels and 80% in stainless steel tanks.
70% of the wine is aged in Hungarian oak barrels for 3 months with weekly battonage and for another 3 months in complete tranquility.
