Late Harvest wines of Tokaj compete with similar sweet wines from the world, but what sets them apart is their content of aszú grape botrytis infected cinerea fungus. They are elegant, sweet but fresh with citrus and honeyed flavors wines. This content of aszú grape gives a specific character to Tokaj thanks to the balance between sugar and acidity, which makes these wines are never heavy but alive and fresh.
