Palate: Fruity aromas, licorice, intense, friendly and soft tannins.
Elaboration and aging:
100% Victorian Pyrennees, of a profile different from those of the Rhone, but of an undeniable and recognized quality. Fermented in tanks of cement and stainless steel and bred partially in French oak barrels for 12 months.
