The maceration time was determined by a daily tasting and analytical control using the optimal time to decide devatting once obtained the desired color and structure. After malolactic fermentation has aged for a year, with three racking in French oak barrels Nevers and Troncais medium toasted. Subsequently have been selected by tasting the best barrels and after clari fi carlo, it has been bottled without filtration in order to maintain its natural characteristics. TASTING NOTES: Its cherry red high layer and density give an idea that we have a well structured wine. The fruit is present in the form of notes of blackberry and currants with a light background of licorice, which accompany the aromas and vanilla, mocha and minerals (graphite), which adds complexity to the whole. The palate is fleshy with tannins and very round.
