Baigorri negu it is a wine red casual , alive , fruity and balanced that manifests the happiest face of the Rioja Alavesa. It is made part with whole clusters and part destemmed from the variety from Tempranillo . the grapes are selected to hand , bunch by bunch and gram by gram by automatic artificial vision systems.

GRADES FROM TASTING:

View : Shiny and attractive Colour pillory .

Nose : seduces with her perfume fruity from currants and blackberries , protruding licorice notes.

Mouth : his step is Elegant , light , cool and fruity with a balsamic finish.

DENOMINATION FROM ORIGIN : Rioja

ELABORATION : Made part with whole clusters and part destemmed of the Tempranillo variety . The grapes are macerated in open stainless steel tanks, with inspection temperature and long fermentations intracellular . The pumping over of the musts is carried out naturally by gravity, using the immersion of the hat with its own juice. For the final extraction of the wine, a pneumatic press is used, which is then transferred to wooden vats where malolactic fermentation takes place.

AGING : Brief aging of 4 months in vats of Oak French .

CURIOSITIES : The magnificent building of Bodegas Baigorri in Samaniego, at the foot of the Sierra de Cantabria, was designed by the Gipuzkoan architect Iñaki Aspiazu with the aim of blending harmoniously into the landscape. At the sight of the passer-by, only a huge glazed nave can be seen among an extensive tapestry of vineyards; however, all the frenetic activity of the winery takes place in the 32-meter depth of its seven underground floors.
