- Nose: Aromas of ripe fruit, dry herbs, creamy oak, mineral and earthy.
- Palate: Powerful. Structured sensation of great naturalness and limpid definition, without adornments and with great fortitude.
After the manual harvest, the winery carries out a cold pre-maceration for 2 or 3 days. Fermentation takes place in open wooden vats with autochthonous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels for 12 months.
It has a long finish with an enveloping freshness aftertaste.
