Tasting Notes:
Made with Garnacha grapes and small touches of Carieña grapes. Its destemmed and lightly crushed grapes are fermented in oak vats with indigenous yeasts. It is macerated for 55 days and aged in oval French oak casks for 14-15 months.
- Intense and bright cherry red colour.
- On the nose, it offers aromas of fresh ripe fruits, combined with sweet spicy notes and hints of noble wood.
- On the palate, it feels very smooth, highlighting ripe red and black fruit flavours with mineral and toasted notes.
