Tasting notes:
- Color: cherry color with violet tones that denote their youth.
- Nose: the initial feeling is juicy and fresh fruit of the grape itself. Aeration with a soft wood, well integrated with the fruit appears.
- Mouth, entrance is sweet and pleasant, with a great balance between alcohol and acidity. Tannin, very soft and very round, fills the mouth gradually, without showing heaviness.
Development and Aging:
Gets its name from the fusion of traditional viticulture and modern farming techniques, combining the vineyards in glass frames boldest planting, combining bobal (local variety) with foreign varieties.
An excellent blend of grapes Bobal 75%, 10% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Grenache, 2% Tempranillo, certified organic farming.
Crossbreeding presents an original blend of five different varietals, making it a very interesting wine. Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel or wooden vats. After standing three months lumberyard, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels and used in the remaining eight to ten months.
