Tasting notes:- Colour: Pale straw yellow, with lively greenish touches.
- Nose:It is fresh, intense and elegant, dominating fruity tones of green apple between touches of freshly cut hay and subtle tones of white flower.
- Palate: A lively and elegant structure, with a fresh and unctuous body and a pleasant and persistent finish.
Elaboration and Ageing:It is a middle-aged estate with well-regulated production, facing south and set in a beautiful vantage point over the Miño valley in which the vines of the most representative native varieties of the Ribeiro D.O. emerge: Treixadura, Godello and Albariño.
The selection of the grapes of the three varieties comes from the vineyard, while the exact percentage of them in the final coupage made in the winery provides the character and balance to this unique and unrepeatable wine.
