Tasting Note:
Color: Bright amber-gold color.
Nose: It has a powerful, deep and pungent aroma. Fine woods present, but without protagonism. Memories of nuts, caramel and orange peel.
Palate: Elegant and silky, with a perfect balance between the sweetness of Pedro Ximénez and the character of dried fruits of oloroso. Extreme very large and persistent.
Processing and aging:
Oloroso sweet aged in American oak boots, through the traditional system of criaderas and soleras with sacks and periodic sprays, until completing an average age of more than fifteen years.
