Elaboration and aging:
- Colour: cherry red with violet sparkles.
- Nose: aromas that remind us of berries like blackberries, blueberries and strawberries interlaced with strong memories of black stone, graphite, humus, wet earth, undergrowth, toast and smoke.
- Mouth: intense and alive, powerful, serious and meaty, with abundant tannins.
Sani Petit Verdot performs malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 24 days at 27 degrees Celsius. Later it ages in French oak barrels for a period of 6 to 8 months
. Next it is passed to bottle sleeper with a rest of 8 months
