Tasting Notes:
- View: It's a shiny wine with a straw yellow color with greenish and steely tones.
- Nose: pineapple and mango: Nose Wine frank, clean, with aromas of ripe fruit, light touches are appreciated tropical fruit.
- Palate: Light, round and with crisp acidity has a very pleasant aftertaste reminiscent of ripe fruit.
Elaboration
- Grape: 100% Tempranillo
- Harvest: The harvest starts about mid August with the earliest varieties to finish in mid-October in payments that need more time to get ripe and concentrated grapes. San Marcos partners used the traditional technique: hand picking.
