CATA's notes:
View: purple red, clean and bright and very high layer.
Nose: Explosion of aromas where they stand out spicy and balsamic notes (pepper, cloves, black licorice) very well accompanied by black fruit in compote and notes of scrubland.
Mouth : excellent attack, fruity , creamy and surround . Very fresh , marked by an i impeccable acidity . great structure with powerful but high quality tannins. A luxury of wine.
Production and Aging:
Paraje De Los Alunados Vineyard, which gave its name to a Roman village where wine was already made at that time.
Tiny vineyard planted in goblet and dry, on soil so poor that it is practically impossible for it to bear fruit, and yet the little it does produce is of extraordinary quality.
100% Graciano in vineyards worked organically for this very limited production wine, only 296 bottles for this vintage.
