Tasting Notes:

• From color Bright dark red.
• In nose Aromas of acacia, raspberry, blueberries and currants appear with notes of graphite (pencil lead).
• In mouth It is succulent and fleshy, with sweet and pleasant tannins. Of great purity and texture, it maintains a good structure during all the gustatory phase.

Elaboration and Aging

It is a coupage of Monastrell, cabernet sauvignon and garnacha tintorera from Vineyards between 15 and 40 years , Planted at 800 meters high. After fermentation, wine is grown in French and American oak barrels for 10 months , 80% of them from French origin and 20% from the United States.

With more than ten years behind them, The Is a result of the union between Bodegas Castano, one of the referents in the wine sector of southeast Spain, and its US distributor (Eric Solomon): both bought a vineyard in the Finca Marta (Yecla, Murcia). First he has triumphed in the United States and now in Spain.
