Tasting Notes:
Deep and bright ruby color with shades and hues. aromas are red fruits like plums and subtle floral notes reminiscent of violet. In the mouth, good intensity, pleasant tannins, well amalgamated with fruit, an interesting acidity gives a touch of freshness. It is a wine with good length and persistence in the mouth.
Development and Aging
Made from 100% Syrah grapes ECOLOGICAL on foot on foot S O 4 S O 4, from vines over 10 years old in the town of Yecla. The harvest is done manually, then passes through the sorting table and de-stemming, being macerated 21 days. Later breeding was conducted for 6 months in French oak barrels of fine grain of 400 liters.
