Tasting Notes:
Cherry red with dark tones, dense tear in glass. Expressive and spicy nose, thanks to its passage through French oak for six months. The palate is enveloping, intense, rich and balanced tannins, with long trail and happy memory.
Development and Aging
Made with grapes 100% ECOLOGICAL on foot MONASTRELL S O 4, from vines over 20 years old in the town of Yecla. The harvest is done manually, then passes through the sorting table and de-stemming, being macerated 21 days. Later breeding was conducted for 6 months in French oak barrels of fine grain of 400 liters.
