Made with the 100% Godello variety. Destemming of the bunches followed by a short maceration (>4 hours) of the berries. Light and very slow pressing with subsequent static decantation in preparation for prolonged fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

A wine that is born in Valdeorras, an area whose origins in winemaking go back many centuries, at the time of the Roman legions that planted the first vines. Its peculiar slate, granite, clay-ferrous soils and rounded pebbles, its climate of cold winters and hot summers make this wine an unforgettable memory.
- View : Straw yellow, clean and bright with dense tears.
- Nose : In the still glass, the aromas of white fruit, pear, apple prevail, after aerating, tropical, mineral and honey aromas appear.
