TASTING NOTES

Color: Cherry red with garnet edges.
Nose: Intense aroma, rich in fruit and mineral expression, toasted background of wood and ripe fruit.
Palate: Tasty, very ripe tannins and adequate acidity, concentrated, hints of ripe bunches, skins. Long and elegant.

ELABORATION

Vendimia manual.
Fermentation with native yeast.
Aged 12 months in French oak barrels.
