Correcto, pero nada especial

En cuestión de vinos, este en concreto es correcto, pero nada especial. Lo encuentro un poco ácido, claro que depende con que lo marides. A mi me gustan los vinos más suaves y fáciles de tomar.

Tasting notes:

  • Color half cherry layer.
  • Suggestive and complex nose of berries (blackcurrant, blackberry) with elegant floral hues (purple) and hints of pepper, vanilla and undergrowth.
  • Palate soft and round on a soft opening colchóntánico even tasty mouth end of step with notes of roasted coffee.

Development and aging:

This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in equal, from vineyards cultivated about 600 meters altitude in the valley of Enate parts. Low levels of humidity in the area allow you to apply a respectful viticulture, because the vines do not need overtreatment. The grapes are de-stemmed and then macerate cold. Must fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature.

The aging period is 6 months in barrels of French and American oak.
