Tasting note:
- Colour: intense yellow, certainly brilliant, with greenish glints.
- Aroma: eminently floral, with a background of exotic fruit that makes it intoxicating, powerful and expressive.
- Taste: it is kind, silky, enveloping and tasty, leaving a pleasant sensation for the memory.
Elaboración y Crianza:
The agricultural year can be defined as irregular, with rainfall within the average of Somontano. However, the rains took place outside the vegetative period of the vine, there were considerable frosts during the spring and there were high temperatures throughout the summer. The harvest began on August 16 with the Chardonnay, followed gradually by the other varieties and ending on October 2 with the Garnacha de Secastilla after 47 days of harvesting.
