Tasting notes:

Development and aging:
This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in equal, from vineyards cultivated about 600 meters altitude in the valley of Enate parts. Low levels of humidity in the area allow you to apply a respectful viticulture, because the vines do not need overtreatment. The grapes are de-stemmed and then macerate cold. Must fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature.
The aging period is 6 months in barrels of French and American oak.
