The winery develops high quality viticulture based on four essential points: precision viticulture, respect for the environment, low yields per hectare and optimum harvest conditions.
It was one of the 5 recommended by Washington Post last year wines.
Tasting notes:
Pale yellow with glaucous reflexes. Complex and intense varietal aroma of green apple, ripe peach, fennel and exotic fruit (guava, passion fruit) with a discrete mineral background. large, fatty, with a clean and fresh thanks to its acidity sustained step palate. Aftertaste slightly syrupy.
