• Color: Attractive and youthful yellowish green.
• Nose; High aromatic intensity caused by the perception of fresh grass, fennel and boxwood, along with tropical fruits and citrus.
• Mouth: Its passage through the palate is cheerful and marked by its varietal character. Thanks to its final acidity we have a fresh wine with a long aftertaste and balsamic aftertaste.

Elaboration:

Young white wine made from the variety verdejo . After a gentle pressing, the flower must is obtained. The fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, which facilitates the extraction and conservation of the primary aromas, fruit and floral, typical of the variety . The grape entered the winery in excellent health conditions giving high quality wines despite the drought produced throughout the year and winter frost.
